PowerShell 테마로 예쁘게 쓰기 ( with. Windows Terminal )

 

들어가기 전에

아무리 테마를 입히더라도 PowerShell 자체는 정말 못 생겼다..

아래 창이 뭔가 테마가 적용되긴 된 모습이다...

 

 

이 친구를 예쁘게 쓰기 위해서는 Windows Terminal이 필요하다!

zsh이나 우분투 환경을 사용할 생각이 없다면 WSL은 설치하지 않아도 되니 Windows New Terminal 설치 부분만 확인하자!

Windows Terminal이 설치되어 있다는 전제하에 다음을 따라오기바란다!

 

 

시작해보자

⭐ 설치 과정은 powershell을 관리자 모드로 열어서 따라하세요! 

 

 

1. 설치한다.

Install-Module posh-git -Scope CurrentUser
Install-Module oh-my-posh -Scope CurrentUser

Posh-Git adds Git status information to your prompt as well as tab-completion for Git commands, parameters, remotes, and branch names. Oh-My-Posh provides theme capabilities for your PowerShell prompt.

 

on-my-posh (version 03 Document page)가 바로 powershell에 테마를 입혀주는 친구다.

posh-git은 git 명령, 매개 변수, 원격 항목 및 분기 이름 등 git 상태정보를 한눈에 보기 위한 아이인데 git을 사용하지 않을 거라면 굳이 posh-git은 설치하지 않아도 된다.

중간에 설치할 거냐고 물어보는데 둘다 y 를 눌러서 설치하겠다고 해주면 된다.

 

Tip You may need to install NuGet if you don't already have it. Your PowerShell command line will ask if you want to install NuGet if this is the case. Select [Y] Yes. You may also need to approve that you are installing modules from PSGallery, an 'untrusted repository'. Select [Y] Yes.

만약 NuGet이 없는 경우 설치해기 위해서 신뢰 할 수 없는 저장소 PSGallery의 모듈을 설치하는 것을 동의해달라고 할 것 이다. yes 여야 설치 할 수 있으니 y 를 눌러서 진행하자.

 

2. 설정한다.

notepad $PROFILE

위 명령어로 profile을 열면 아래와 같이 경고창이 뜨는데 '예' 선택하고 아래 내용을 입력해주면 된다.

 

 

Import-Module posh-git
Import-Module oh-my-posh
Set-PoshPrompt -Theme jandedobbeleer

저장 후 powershell을 끄고, 새로운 powershell을 관리자 모드로 열어준다.

 

대부분 아래와 같은 에러가 생길 것인데

 

이 시스템에서 스크립트를 실행할 수 없으므로 ~\Documents\WindowsPower
Shell\Microsoft.PowerShell_profile.ps1 파일을 로드할 수 없습니다.

 + CategoryInfo          : 보안 오류: (:) [], PSSecurityException
 + FullyQualifiedErrorId : UnauthorizedAccess

 

당황하지 말고 다음 명령어로 해결하자.

Set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned

규칙 변경하겠냐고 물어보면 당연히 y 를 눌러 진행한다.

하거나! 명령어로 직접 터미널에서 바로 볼 수도 있다!

테마 이름과 적용 모습이 순서대로 나온다!여기서 예쁘다고 생각하는 테마의 이름을 .omp 를 떼어내고 아까 수정했던 $PROFILE에 Set-PoshPrompt -Theme 옵션을 수정하면 된다!

 

 

특정 폰트들은 깨져서 왠 네모블럭이 나타나곤 하는데 이땐 당황하지말고 지원하는 폰트로 바꿔주면된다.

 

Tip. 폰트는 Windows Terminal 설정창( Setting.json )을 열어서 수정하면 된다!
